Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing design templates, registering a user account, or engaging NovaCraft Studio for services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, workspace, or using any services provided by NovaCraft Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, along with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. Design Services
We provide custom digital product strategy, website experience designs, and brand identity systems. Project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deposits will be outlined in a separate, written service contract specific to your project.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise in a service agreement, all original design files, custom graphics, wireframes, and compiled frontend code created for a project remain the intellectual property of NovaCraft Studio until all contract invoices are settled in full. Upon final payment, ownership of design deliverables transfers to the client.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must supply necessary assets (logos, copy, imagery, brand resources) in a timely manner to maintain project schedules. You represent that all assets supplied to NovaCraft Studio do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademark protections.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NovaCraft Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our design templates, codebase deliverables, or collaborative workspaces.
