Refund & Cancellation
At NovaCraft Studio, we operate as a custom services agency. Since professional hours, design workshops, and custom asset creations represent sunk costs, we maintain clear guidelines on refunds and project terminations.
1. Project Deposits
Before launching visual discovery or scaffolding custom codebases, we require a non-refundable project deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total design budget). This deposit reserves development windows and covers initial administrative and structural design workshops.
2. Milestone Payments
Contract invoices are tied to project milestones (e.g. Wireframe Approval, Beta Review, Final Build Sign-off). Once a milestone phase is approved by the client and the respective work has been delivered, milestone payments are non-refundable.
3. Contract Cancellation
Either party may terminate a service contract at any time by supplying written notice (via email). Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for paying for all professional hours worked and milestones completed up to the date of termination. Any remaining advance payments exceeding hours worked will be returned to the client.
4. Dispute Resolution
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and collaboration. In the event that a client is dissatisfied with visual outcomes, we will offer dedicated revisions within scope to align deliverables with target expectations before any formal termination.
